Izi Dorot - Director of the Israel Security Agency between the years 1952 - 1953
Izi Dorot 

Izi Dorot was born in 1916 in Poland as Isidore Roth. He immigrated to Israel in 1936, served in the Jewish Settlement Police, and volunteered in the British Army during World War II. Upon his discharged he was recruited to the Haganah Intelligence Service and following the establishment of the state of Israel he was transferred to the Israel Security Agency.

In the ISA
1952 - appointed the second director of the ISA.


1953-1963 - served as deputy head of the "Mossad".

Izi Dorot passed away in 1980 at the age of 64.
